All prices include quality bed linen and towels . Beach towels not provided. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice and biscuits will greet our guests. A damage deposit of £150 per booking applies. This will be returned within 4 weeks of the end of the holiday subject to a no-damage report from our cleaners.

Short breaks in St Ives are available outside the main holiday weeks. Prices as follows.
60% of week price for 3 nights, 70% of week price for 4 nights, 80% of week price for 5 nights.
With a minimum charge of £150 for 2 persons per break plus £20 per additional person.
